Open Events: 6th – 11th January 2025

To support the main School Open Events Blog which has all the events listed in alphabetical order by school name, this blog offers a breakdown of the events happening this week, so hopefully you won’t don’t miss an important event.

These events are the perfect opportunity to get out and exploring your child’s potential, future school and soak up its culture, ethos, subjects, and activities, so they are definitely worth the effort.

Unless explicitly stated, all school open events welcomes both P6 and P7 children so it is obviously a great opportunity to get ready for the P7 results but it can also give the P6 child something to work towards as the year progresses towards the SEAG tests.

I would also encourage you to get out and see all the High Schools in your area even though you might have your sights on your local grammar school, because they might surprise you and it is always best to be prepared.

I hope you enjoy and it makes your life that little bit easier to organise.
